At Swan Fox Crystals, each item is carefully selected and handled with love, intention, and positive energy. Our crystals are natural creations from the Earth, each one unique in shape, texture, color, and energy. For this reason, all sales are final.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.
  
• Natural imperfections, color variations, and mineral inclusions are expected and part of what makes crystals beautiful and one-of-a-kind.
