Shipping policy

At Swan Fox Crystals, every order is packaged with care and intention to ensure your purchases arrive safely and ready to bring their unique energy into your space. Please read below for details on how we handle shipping and fulfillment. 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received. 

  • During sales, holidays, or high-volume times, it may take the full 5 days - but we always strive to get your order shipped as soon as possible.  

  • You‘ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.  

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS and offer weight-based flat-rate shipping within the United States.  
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight of your order.  

  • We currently ship domestically only (U.S. only). International shipping is not available at this time.  

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Priority Mail): 3-7 business days after shipping. 
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.    

Tracking Your Order 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.   
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.   

Lost or Delayed Packages 

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by USPS or other carriers once the package leaves our hands.  

  • If your order is marked as “delivered “ but you didn’t receive it, we recommend you contact USPS directly with your tracking number. 

  • If your order has not arrived after 15 business days, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist in locating the package or filing a claim with the carrier.     

Packaging & Sustainability 

  • Crystals are carefully wrapped for protection during transit.   
  • We strive to reduce waste where possible and may use recycled materials in packaging.   

Address Accuracy 

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.  

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
